I decided to try my 5lb weights instead of the 3lb I use in my aerobics class. This work out targeted some muscle groups that I haven't been working in that class and man do I feel it.
At least the people in this video had the decency to sweat and "act" like the lady was working them hard!

ReplyDeletemy favorite workout video (even if the teacher is annoying perky)is the Quick Fix HipHop Cardio workout. Dancing is more fun for me than the complex moves of some of the workout videos I've seen.
