I am a Domestic Goddess, albeit, somewhat less domestic of late.
I work as an admin assistant to a Vice Provost at a health professions university and went back to school to get my degree in Business Management through BYU-Idaho's online program - well, it started out as Business Management but through many twists and turns I am not working on a Marriage and Family Studies degree. I know, no correlation at all.
I have been married to my husband Wes for over 30 years; we have two fabulous daughters, and a grandson who we spoil to the best of our ability. I know, I don't look old enough to be a grandma, do I!
In my “spare” time I enjoy stitchery, crochet, knitting and other crafts, church and community service, reading, taking naps, TV crime dramas, chocolate, spending time with family, and watching someone else cook and clean (this last one is my favorite!).
I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints - a follower of Jesus Christ, an ordinance worker at the Payson, Utah Temple, and love the opportunity to gain my education through a Gospel-centered school. I have learned some amazing things in my time back in school and want to collect them here, so I am back to blogging after a brief (somewhat brief), (well, not really brief), hiatus.
These are my thoughts, ideas, and beliefs. If you disagree, please be kind. If you can't be kind, please don't comment.
