Good for you for starting the day so well. I have a hard time with the early morning stuff. I'm best at 6pm, but I'd do the AM if I could.
ReplyDeleteGreat list - keep up the good work.
Thanks for stopping by.
Congrats on the weight loss!!! Those are great reasons to get up at 6am. You have a cute blog BTW. I just love your little picture graphic.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog today.
I love the feeling of deep breathing after exercising. It makes you feel truly alive. I just need more motivation. Congrats to you on maintaining a healthy lifestyle!
ReplyDeleteYou are worth it! :)
ReplyDeleteAs a group fitness instructor, I LOVE group fitness classes. :) The energy of a group is wonderful, and, well, I think group fitness is fun. :) (Being an instructor, it would be pretty bad if I didn't find it fun. *grin*)
Congrats on the weight loss. :)
Happy TT. :)
I completely admire that- you go Goddess.
ReplyDeleteI used to get up at 5:30 and Taebo, but now that I'm married and have a zillion more things to do, I hit the snooze alarm until 6 when I have to get up for daily work.
But I am worth it too, so I need to figure out how to squeeze it in.
i'm with you on everything except the 6 a.m. part. i tried going to the gym before work instead of after work once, and I nearly fell asleep at my desk. :)
ReplyDeleteGood for you!!!!
ReplyDeleteYou go girl! Where can I get some of your gumption??
ReplyDeleteThat's just so great! :) Good for you on the 40 pounds so far! I need to do something like that myself but totally agree on the it's not the exercise, it's the getting up part that's hard!
ReplyDeleteWow! No matter how many reasons I had I would NEVER be able to get up that early and go workout. I can barely drag myself out of bed at 6:30 to get ready for work. Good for you!
ReplyDeleteGreat for you! I'm thinking about getting up early to do yoga. But like you, I really hate getting up! Keep it up!
ReplyDeleteGood for you!! You certainly are worth it!!
ReplyDeleteAwesome list! I feel totally motivated to go work out right now! NOT at 6am, though. I did that for months up to my wedding, but now, with baby?, can't....Good on you, though! Keep it up!
ReplyDeleteFree is good. 6 a.m. is bad. I just wish there was some place close by me that didn't get boring after about a year. Curves got boring in a little over a year.
ReplyDeleteGreat 13!
Mine are up here

You go girl.....I couldn't do that but I admire you for doing it. I have lost 25 pounds as of today though!
ReplyDeleteThanks for popping in on me today.
good for you!!! i wish i had your discipline in this aspect.
ReplyDeletehappy TT
I wish I had that ambition! Mind you, I am already getting up at 5 just to start my day.. I can't imagine getting up earlier to work out! LOL!
ReplyDeleteGreat work, keep it up!
I have a whole lot of baggage you can lose for me
ReplyDelete40#?!? You rock!
ReplyDeleteMy TT is up.
Good for you! I love exercising first thing in the morning like that, just rolling out of bed and going to work out. Unfortunately, DH leaves for work around 6, so that doesn't work. Luckily my gym offers aerobics classes at 9:30 everyday, which is right after I drop my guys off at preschool. I know what you mean about feeling those ab muscles!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure how social I'd be that early in the morning!
ReplyDeleteI think it's great that your church offers this for free...I'm with you though..the getting up would be soooo hard!
ReplyDeleteYou go girl!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat list. I wish I could have this much will power :) thanks for stopping by.
