This is torture to read all these titles and I just want to watch shows now and cuddel up...but have to run around all day. Hope your day at work is going well...don't you find sometimes getting to work is easier than being a t home, almost less responsibility ha ha! Have to go to work to rest!

I love Scrooged, the character that Carol Kane plays. I love the animated Rudolph tv program from decades ago every little bit of it, the set and animation and animals.

I like the cop and taxi driver in the movie "It's A Wonderful Life" they are called Bert and Ernie and where the muppets got their names from.

I love holiday movies they really help inspire me for the entire year!

Here is my list...

LOL! Well, I'm not TTer but I haven't been by for a bit, so I'm here! I like a LOT of your thirteen! But I think the tree in Charlie Brown is my all time favorite! And I like it BEFORE it magically transforms into beautiful... when it is just a stick and a sprout with one red ball hanging on it! LOL! I DO LOVE that tree! GREAT list!

I love those Charlie Brown holiday cartoons. It brings back so many memories. I tried to get Girlie Girl to watch it but she showed no interest at all.

<drunkenwarble>"He-LLLLOOOOOO! SAN-tee CLAUS!!!"</drunkenwarble>

from the original Miracle on 34th Street.

I think I'd also like to give the Cingular "Christmas Story" commercial an honorable mention.

(And the line from Miracle on 34th Street is a bit misquoted - like "Play it again, Sam" from Casablanca. My mother has been manglequoting this line for so long, it's taken on a life of its own in my family.)

Is it unamerican to admit that I really have not watched barely any of these?!!

I think my favorite is the old black and white Miracle on 34th Street.

Your one about Charlie Brown's Christmas tree made me think about the Friends episode where Phoebe wants to save all the little puny trees. Aww....isn't that sweet. :)

I've always loved the David Bowie-narrated 'Snowman'. Sounds weird, but it is pretty fantastic actually.

I'm late to see this list! Though I can't figure out why! I need a clone just to visit all these wonderful blogs every week!

I LOVE the quote from Rudolph! "She thinks imb cuuuuuute!" It's so sweet and I always remember that feeling from that first crush that returns your feelings, don't you? :)

"You're a mean one, Mr. Grinch."

the part in "A Christmas Story" where the kid gets his tongue stuck on the icy flagpole.

"You'll shoot your eye out."

(My kids are really into the Wiggles Christmas videos now. *roll eyes*)
